One year again, Compostela welcomes one of its most representative parties: As Festas do Apóstolo . From today and for two weeks, the city celebrates their festivals in honor of Santiago Apóstol and their streets and squares are crowded with party-time performances. Activities that have as reference point the night of July 24th, night in which Obradoiro Square hosts the spectacular light and sound performance» Fogos do Apóstolo » . This year the fireworks will commemorate the 30th anniversary of the appointment of «World Heritage City« .
